Happy Thanksgiving!

Father's Day Food, fun, and fellowship where in the air at the FRC on Friday, Oct 6 as we celebrated our 5th annual Thanksgiving.

The evening started with our Thanksgiving tree - people were invited to decorate our tree with 'I'm thankful for...' leaves. Then after grace, tables had to work together to complete a puzzle in order to determine which tables were able to eat first.

Families and friends then enjoyed a traditional Canadian Thanksgiving dinner of turkey, potatoes, vegetables, and of course pie.

Following dinner, the children were treated to a time just for them where we showed 'A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving' and had games and books for them.

The adults had a time just for them, too. While the kids were out playing, the adults also played a game - a little trivia about Thanksgiving.

Thanks to all the volunteers who came out to help make this a great event for our families and friends. We couldn’t do it without you.

Happy Thanksgiving to all!
